Chocky is now on four medications - including one that has to be placed directly in her eye. Triffid is doing a little bit better, but she can still only breathe through her mouth and I discovered yesterday that she has been using her tail to wipe her nose. Eww. Right now all they really do is sleep in a big kitty lump and then get woken up for meds. I fear that they are going to hate us forever. I think they know they've won the kitty lottery having Alice and yourself to take care of them now. All of the cats and kittens I've had have been from shelters or given away by owners. The bestest one by a huge vote from those who knew him was Comet, a black and white cutie who had URI all his life but the worst of it when I first rescued him. I had him for 10 years and he was worth all the vet visits and pills (only at the beginning and he was a bad case - not like your pretty babies - honest) Love and good food takes care of a lot of cat problems it seems.
